May the 20th goals would not be satisfied by simple requirements — a full stomach, a decent education, and a good job, and if such things are sacred today, there are not guarantees that tomorrow would bring better opportunities. Freedom and Independence remain the "only" basis for prosperity and happiness and are, for sure, the lofty matters of our dignity.
Then as now there were not enough plans to go around, and however much the policy may improve in the future I suspect that full political recovery, in this age of setbacks and the creeping tide of UN promises, is no more than a dream until there is a major rethink of the increasingly unfit for purpose revolutionary system that we labour under. In essence, the next congress of F. XIII Polisario is called upon to settle questions of different political and legal nature.
First, it affects the very organization of the Polisario, the second, the Sahrawi National Liberation Movement and the third, the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic. That is, three edges of the same body.
First, it affects the organization itself F. Policy Polisario, imposes the need to adapt the Organization to POLISARIO times. In less than three years, we will celebrate the 40 anniversary of the Polisario and like any human endeavor, at that age, you need some revision. Changes of all sorts and conditions experienced by the Saharan society, both in exile and the Occupied Zone, require the remaking of the Polisario. saddens me to know that another year the Security Council UN gets to make fun of us
(Sahrawi), and I still saddened over the permissibility of those who govern us ( POLISARIO).
Those of us lucky enough to have left the Hamada, who have a future better or worse, albeit uncertain, we are far from those we want, we can analyze the conflict from another perspective.
The other day I read here (ARSO) a comment of a colleague and I would like to say a lot: Morocco is now doing what I wanted to do the day we invaded, it is to steal natural resources and it is getting, end with people (native) and what concerns or human rights and imagine, right?. The main leaders of the Polisario luxury living but like all parties are those who have to eat the brown in this case either the Saharawi population in the camps or the occupied zone.
With all this I wish I could say that the international community, and transmitted to us will not lift a finger for us, "So there is more to give cane to all those who make it difficult for one thing: the people's independence Western Sahara. " There is stronger has more force if not the best known use.
Current Polisario representatives can not solve the problem of the Sahara, or ideas that are already very old or expired. More detailed analysis reveals a contradiction: Ross's initiatives had little to do with the settlement Plan, and his policies started the Western Sahara question on its road to eventual political stress and set the stage for an everlasting stalemate.
Ross failed to sustain the momentum for the process initiated in the 1990s and he added more technical and political barriers than any envoy since Mans. Ross showed scant regard to his predecessors, wreaked havoc in the with original plan and left the helpless Saharawis emasculated and vulnerable.
And now we come to the most often cited lack of success of Ross's policies: Administrative stamina and History. Ross seems quiet clueless regarding the history of the region despite serving ten years as ambassador in the neighbouring Algeria. Just because, likewise American diplomats who base their thinking on relics of the cold war- after engaging in counterproductive conflicts in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan, and creating havoc in Nicaragua, Somalia, Caribbean Islands, Central America, and a host of other places by supporting unpopular leaders and governments- and in a tendentious reading of history they are headed towards jockeying to save their ally kingdom of Morocco.
Although Ross policies can be shaped so that Morocco becomes a constitutional monarchy and a force for peace, the present trajectory of his plans and policies tends towards another counterproductive and destructive engagement. In its descriptions of what constitutes a malevolent movements, the U.S. State Department defines itself. By demolishing the myths that U.S. governments dramatize, we can more clearly observe a path for peace and stability in the Maghreb and a just solution to Western Sahara Conflict.

I'm not a lawyer, so allow me to lay a clarification: nationality English affected all the Saharawi, since Western Sahara was a English province. On the other hand, there are cases of people born in the peninsula, home "no Saharawi, who were also victims of this genocide.
We are therefore clearly a case of those referred still-cut-law of universal justice. And, it is assumed that a government must ensure the fate of their citizens.
Now, unfortunately, the idea of \u200b\u200buniversal justice is an illusion that dissolves in the sea like a lump of sugar when they touch the rights of certain persons. Especially if they hit the general interest that politicians wield that set off the roll real politik.

occasion of celebrating the national day of Polisario, 10 May, I address this appeal to all the Sahrawi, wherever they are, both those living in the liberated areas and those living in the occupied towns. In all the Saharawi without taking into account the trends, strategies, policies belongings and their personal ambitions. I, like many of his countrymen, that the present circumstances and the situation in which we spend invites us to think deeply about our future and our children and grandchildren.
First, many activists and intellectuals have triggered the alarm about the dangers that threaten national unity Sahrawi. Marrakech's attack is raising questions
