The work of Saharawi women in our society is extremely essential and certainly without the struggle of the Saharawi people lost power because they are our mothers, sisters, daughters, women alongside us complement to survive adverse situations that we have endured all these years fighting for the independence of Western Sahara. Is proud to see the giant step that has given over Sahrawi women all years to reach the current situation where there is an active organization internationally recognized and has the support of many political institutions, social organizations and movements mujeres.Dicho this I would like to congratulate Sahrawi women holding its congress and of course reflect some considerations that I think fit. reelection of the general secretary of Saharawi women and long re-election of the secretary general of workers trying to digest with resignation the election process in our system in the refugee camps and the possible influences that may have to the choice an institutional representative. I wonder because it always agrees that there is a re-election and not a choice of new faces, we are so bad the Sahrawi to have no other choices or are there other unusual measures to have any chance to lead a movement within the institutions of the Polisario.
The only but I can do Saharawi women is inexplicable contagion of our opaque "democratic" system that leaves much to be desired and that the Saharawi women should in no way commit the mistakes of others, if you want to progress and gain confidence of all Saharawi. I believe that change is essential in any organization and more on the Union of Saharawi Women where fortunately we have a list of intellectuals who have studied in different countries and that anyone can exercise their right to be the secretary general of the Saharawi women. I have nothing against the re-elected at the congress, but it is unfortunate bear the complicity of the youth population that allows them to pass events like these and probably due to the lack of involvement and participation in national conferences. It is also true that the leadership of Polisario no effort or no interest involved many people because these conferences do not have the same impact as cultural festivals are held every year.
fully recognize the Polisario Front's ability to manage the positions in their institutions and I am sure that this form of doing things does not help the interests of the Sahrawi people as a whole but that of some obsessed with clinging to power that, fortunately come a time to stop speculating on the fate of an entire people and earn the right and the good work of many others.
